Major repair of suburban house. Part 3

We quote the next review of work executed by us on overhaul of country house Mytishchi district of Moscow Region (the previous reports are here and here).

Task in hand: to execute an interior furnishing of the second storey rooms of wooden suburban house, including:

— dismantle of existing frame partitions;
— walls warming by slabby insulant with development of vapour- water isolation;
— walls covering by gypsum plasterboard, them filling and painting;
— finish of decorative casing flue duct;
— reconstruction of engineering systems (of electric power supply, water-supply, water removals) by the way of their total replacement;
— finish of the bathroom with installation bathroom fixtures;
— mounting of switches, sockets, illuminating devices;
— alignment of the floor, the stacking of floor cover.

Progress of work: As in last report, the first thing was demounted old covering (in initial place), as well as interroom partitions. To photo below are presented premises after performance of work on dismantle:

Upon completion of dismantling works were equipped engineering systems, namely: the water-supply system of the second storey of suburban house from polypropylene pipes was laid; electrical wiring on rooms was performed; ventilation channels were equipped.

Then was performed warming of house exterior perimeter on walls, development of metal skeleton, installation, priming, filling of gypsum plasterboard. Complexity consisted that for economy, by Customer decision was taken to preservation of maximum area of existing covering (gypsum plasterboard), i.e. new designs should be exhibited only by the places, joining and adjusting them under already existing. Besides at stage filling and painting it was necessary “to remove” plane of new and existing designs for supplying of integrity of future wall. After installation, filling, painting of gypsum plasterboard came turn of the stacking of floor cover — of bamboo panel, as well as installation bathroom fixtures in the bathroom, the installation of interroom doors, metal fittings and them trim. Result of specified works is presented on the photo below:

As in the previous photoreport, closing stage of interior furnishing of the second storey rooms of suburban house became installation of sockets, switches, illuminating devices.
