Beginning with this review we will publish the series of reports of enough volumetric work which we execute in one of the settlements of the business class in Moscow Region. We will begin from works performed to date, namely from development of blind area and the subsurface drainage system.
Task in hand: to dismantle existing cover of blind area (paving block), the old blind area. To equip new blind area and the subsurface drainage system of section.
Progress of work: Pursuant to politics of our company, to all works on development of allotment garden, including on blind area and the subsurface drainage system of section, design documentation was developed. After development of design documentation, its co-ordination by Customer, entering into contract of building contract our team started to work. That’s actually development object:
First off, old cover (paving block) and blind area was demounted, which, by the way, was performed with infringement of all rules, namely without development of proper foundation, segreators, and in some places with slope to the direction of house:
After performance of works on dismantle of old blind area was developed channel under the stacking of subdrainage pipes, gravel bed is equipped, geotechnical fabric and itself drainage pipe in place.:
Simultaneously with the stacking of the subdrainage pipe connection of taps in the places of future installation of linear surge facilities was executed:
After the pipe lay of subsurface drainage system of section, after connection of taps to surge facilities of linear drainage system (linear drainage system is a system for collection and the tap of surface waters), trenchs were gravelled:
Upon completion of works on development of subsurface drainage system of section was performed construction of the timbering under blind area, reinforcing by the grid iron, wooden separators and waterproofing are installed, as well as preliminary levelling of section surface is performed:
Talk about last phase of work completion stage on development of blind area and the system of subsurface drainage of section became directly cover of blind area and «dragging» filled concrete solution:
