As a follow-up of review of work executed by us on overhaul of country house in Mytishchi district of Moscow Region we quote the next photoreport on interior furnishing of ground floor rooms of country house (the previous report here).
Task in hand: to execute finish of ground floor rooms of wooden country house, including:
— walls warming by slabby insulant with development vapour- water isolation;
— covering, filling, walls painting of gypsum plasterboard;
— development of thermal- acoustic isolation of inter-storied overlapping;
— finish of the bathroom with installation bathroom fixtures;
— restoration of inter-storied ladder with development of decorative lattice;
— mounting of electric wiring, switches, sockets, illuminating devices;
— alignment of the floor, the stacking of floor cover.
Progress of work: So, the first thing old covering (in initial place), as well as interroom partitions was demounted. To photo below are presented the types of rooms after performance of works on dismantle:
Upon completion of dismantling works were equipped engineering systems, namely: the water-supply system of suburban house from polypropylene pipes was laid; electrical wiring on rooms of ground floor was performed; ventilation channels were equipped.
Following steps of finishing work: warming of house exterior perimeter over the walls; installation of metal skeleton; installation; priming; filling of gypsum plasterboard. Separate attention should be turned that in the places of future installation of kitchen headset, suspended capboards etc., in metal skeleton the beams of strengthening were mounted. On the photo below You can see the phases of above-mentioned finishing work:
At the conclusion of gypsum plasterboard installation comes turn of warming and sound insulation of inter-storied overlapping. Given work was performed using slabby sound isolating material «Rockwool Acoustic». After flooring winterization was performed priming, filling and walls painting of ground floor of suburban house, as well as floor cover is stacked (in this instance there — is a bamboo panel). Result of specified works is presented on the photo below:
Special mention should be made of finish of decorative casing of furnace flue duct. Given work was executed in a few phases. Phase 1: after installation of chimney by the manufacturers and its finish by non-combustible cover it was performed classical filling of casing for supplying of vertical position and surface integrity. So to say, subbase installation. Under what? Under the second phase, namely under finish by Venetian plaster with effect of «rain». So, phase 2 — it is casing finish by Venetian plaster. Well, and closing stage became painting of casing. The photos of the work stages and the final result flue finish are presented on the photo below:
Well, and ultimate phase of interior furnishing of ground floor rooms of suburban house became installation of electrical outlets, switches, illuminating devices, kitchen headset, bathroom fixtures, as well as restoration of inter-storied ladder and construction of decorative guard lattice along the ladder.
