As a follow-up to that and that report, we quote terminal report of work performed by our company in one of suburban settlements on Pyatnitsa Highway in Moscow Region.
Task in hand: To execute reconstruction of blind area, development of drainage system near the house with drain into intermediate accumulating water well.
Progress of work: So, closing stage of works became reconstruction of blind area and development of circular drainage system near the house with drain of subsoil water into intermediate water well and with subsequent discharge to corporate housing estate drainage. Primarily was demounted old blind area and developed trench under a new, as well as for laying of drainage pipe:
After development of the trench, pipe according to the following pattern was stacked to it : to the bottom of the trench is stacked geotextiles, one gravel layer is drizzled to which drainage pipe is stacked. Then to height approximately 5-10 cm, above top forming of pipe as well is stacked gravel and ends of geotextiles stuff consolidated together. In such a manner drainage layer turned out. On the photo below you can see this:

After drainage pipe was stacked, was performed heaping up of ground under the blind area base level, following which it is time of formation of the ballast under blind area. It is performed by two layers — layer of gravel, approximately 10-15 cm, and layer of sand from above, thickness about 10 cm. During formation of the ballast, both layers were rammed carefully and in parallel were spilled with water:
After preparation of the ballast under blind area, timbering was equipped. At timbering development it is necessary to pay attention to following: inside of timbering should be mounted wooden segregators, through each 1,5-2 m. By the socle was laid waterproofing which will prevent «adhesion» of blind area to the socle and will provide its free moving regarding of socle in inter-season period. On completion of all preparatory works the time was ripe for pouring directly. There is nothing to describe here especially. The only thing, on that it is necessary to pay attention — keep track of laying of reinforcing steel net and exactly to work smooth down, supplying a necessary slope which is formed at the stage of the ballast development.
