Since that review we begin the series of reports on work performed executed by our company in one of suburban settlements on Pyatnitsa Highway in Moscow Region.
Task in hand: Within given works by us it is executed: repair (reconstruction) of the suburban housefront regarding dismantle and reerection of siding, warming of house walls with frothed polyurethane foam (given work was executed by allied suppliers), base finish by plinth panels, reconstruction of perimeter walk and drainage system of the house. But we will begin in order. Today’s report is description of the first part of works on repair of the suburban housefront and its warming with fusion-bonded polyurethane foam.
Progress of work: So, in this context reconstruction object is bar-shaped house revetted by siding on wood furring. Below on photo You can see object itself of repair:
Within work to reconstruction of the suburban housefront by Customer following amount of works was agreed:
— dismantle of old siding with maximum preservation;
— dismantle of slopes and offshoots on windows and doors;
— escalating/alignment of wood furring to thickness of planned heat insulation;
— reerection of siding;
— installation of new slopes and offshoots to windows and door;
— installation of metal framing to ap socle;
— base finish by plinth panels.
Respectively, the first phase of work became dismantle of siding, offshoots and slopes on windows and doors. On the photo below You can see result of works on dismantle:
After dismantle of old siding it was determined that wood furring, apart from curve house walls, as well had essential deviations from vertical and horizontal, therefore decision of its total alteration with fastening to gimbals was accepted. Below on the photo You can see process and result of installation of wood furring under installation of siding, as well as installation of metal framing to base under finish by plinth panels:
On completion of all preparatory works to reconstruction of the furring under siding and installation of metal framing to base under subsequent finish by plinth panels, the time is right weatherization of walls and the base of suburban house with fusion-bonded polyurethane foam. After performance of works on weatherization of walls with fusion-bonded polyurethane foam the time has come of restoration of decorative finish of the base (by plinth panels) and walls (repeat installation of siding), but result and description of these works we will quote in following review.
