Further to reports of work, which is executed by our company in one of the townships of the business class of Moscow Region, we publish report of performance of the next phase of civil works.
Task in hand: to dismantle existing lining coating of the building face, to dismantle an old thermal insulation from slag wool, to provide with heat insulation of building face, to mount lining coating of the building face inversely.
Progress of work: So, for site visitors not tracing performance of our works, we quote object photograph, on which civil works were executed (in this instance for heat insulation of the housefront):
On preparatory phase thermovision inspection of the house was performed for revealing of places of the leakage of heat, by results of which it is determined that the main leakage passed on window frames, as well as in the places of poor installation of the thermal insulation from slag wool, in overwhelming majority of cases under wood veneer. Based on received results, in consultation with Customer, decision of dismantle only of wooden lining coating (on the photo You see that building face combined) and heat insulation of the building face in the places of its installation was accepted.
Performance of works on dismantle of the building face cladding was executed with the aid of scaffold tower, as well as with observance of norms of safety at work at a height:

After performance of works on dismantle of wood veneer of house was performed dismantle of the heat insulation from slag wool leading up to brick laying:
After performance of preparatory works on clearing of walls from old thermal insulation was performed heat insulation of the housefront with fusion-bonded polyurethane foam. In detail of given technology we told here. Spraying thickness accounted for on the average 15-20 cm. Surpluses of raised dust thermal coating were cut under level of guides on which lining of home is attached:
After thermal insulation of the housefront was performed restoration of external facing wooden cover of the house:
